Section I (Grinding Section)

BUCKET ELEVATOR: Heavy Duty 18 Feet High to carry raw feed ingredients to the hammer mill with 3 HP electric motor

HAMMER MILL: The Hammer Mill is a high output gravity flow mill and has the functions of Grinding and Grading. The fineness of the grinding is adjusted by changing the perforated screens, which can be changed within minutes.

Features and Specifications of the Hammer Mill:
- Swinging Hammers
- Simple feeding adjustment
- Magnetic Plate fitted in the hopper above the grinder to catch iron trash etc., entering the feed grinder
- Capacity: 2 MT / Hr. and 4 MT / Hr.
- Electric Motor:  15 HP or 20 HP

Section II (Mixing Section)

BUCKET ELEVATOR: Heavy Duty 21 Feet High to carry raw feed from Hammer Mill to Batch Bin above the Mixer with 3 HP electric motor

HORIZONTAL FEED MIXER: The horizontal mixers are most suitable for processing animal feeds i.e. for Poultry, Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Aqua Feeds. These mixers are a versatile machine and produce a homogenous mix of ingredients. Molasses, liquids, fats, etc. can be directly added. 

Features and Specifications of the Mixer:
- Unique tumbling action gives good uniform and homogenous mixing
- Slow moving 'Soft Mix' action eliminates product damage and degradation
- Within a matter of five minutes an excellent and homogenous mix is prepared
- Size: 50 Cubic Feet and 100 Cubic Feet
- Capacity: 2 MT per Hour OR 4 MT per Hour
- Electric Motor:  15 HP or 20 HP

Section III (Palleting Section)

For Cattle Feed Only:
- BUCKET ELEVATOR: Heavy Duty to carry mixed ingredients to Palletizer with 3 HP electric motor
- PALLETING MACHINE: Vertical type with one die of size 9 x 18 mm having capacity of 1.5 to 2 MT/Hr. with 75 HP electric motor.
- PALLET COOLING SIEVE with EXHAUST FANS: To cool the pallets, with a 2 HP electric motor.
- BATCH BIN over the Palleting Machine

For Poultry and Cattle Feed:
- BUCKET ELEVATOR: Heavy Duty to carry mixed ingredients to Palletizer with 3 HP electric motor
- PALLETING MACHINE: Horizontal  type with one die of size 3 mm and another of 9 mm having capacity of 2 MT/Hr. with 75 HP electric motor OR 4 MT/Hr. with 125 HP electric motor
- STEAM BOILER with Pressure Reducing Station with 5 HP Motor 
- PALLET COOLING SIEVE with EXHAUST FANS: To cool the pallets, with a 2 HP electric motor.
- BATCH BIN over the Palleting Machine
