FEATURES: - The Machine Consists of two sets of 6 Rolls in 2 planes (5 Straightening Rolls plus one Pinch Roll). - The top rolls are idle and give the required bending moment for straightening the tubes and are adjustable vertically. - The bottom rolls are driven. The drive consists of motor coupled to a gear box. - Roll Material: HC HCr Hardened and Ground - Cutting Arrangement Pneumatic with PLC control - Machine made as per requirement for tubes of diameter up to 25 mm - Machine supplied with 1 set of rolls for any one size of tube. Additional rolls for other diameters of tubes available at extra cost - Decoiling speed can be supplied as per requirement - Drive: with 2 HP electric motor coupled to suitable Gear box - Control Panel supplied with the machine, suitable for complete operation of the decoiler and cutter. - Length to be cut is variable and can be programmed with PLC control. |
